Hi, the heat in my apartment went out last night. It is really cold in here, probably under 60 degrees.

Heads up: Reliable HVAC said the boiler on this building has been running intermittently. I flagged it as urgent and asked them to prioritize 4C.
Still no heat this morning. My kids are freezing. I already put in a complaint with 311.

Hi Marcus, I sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience. Our HVAC technician is en route and expected at 1490 Bedford Ave between 10 AM and 12 PM today. As required under NYC Housing Maintenance Code, heat must be restored to at least 68 degrees by 6 AM. We will keep you updated and are treating this as our top priority.
